Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties involved in a project.

1. Purpose

At Maskin Web Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., we value our client relationships and maintain transparency in all dealings. This cancellation policy outlines the terms under which a project or service may be cancelled by either party.

2. Cancellation of Project-Based Services

Clients may request cancellation of project-based services such as website development, design, or app development at any stage. However, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • If cancellation is made before work has started, a full refund may be granted minus administrative charges.
  • If work has already begun, charges will be applied proportionally based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Any advance payment made is non-refundable if the cancellation request is made after 30% or more of the project is completed.

3. Cancellation of Monthly/Subscription-Based Services

For recurring services such as SEO, hosting, or digital marketing:

  • Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once services have commenced.
  • All data or services associated with the subscription will be discontinued at the end of the billing period.

4. Automatic Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project or service automatically in the following scenarios:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment exceeding 15 days of the due date.
  • Lack of communication from the client for more than 30 days.
  • Violation of any agreed contractual terms or inappropriate behavior.

5. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval. Refunds are made to the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services are not eligible for cancellation or refund once initiated:

  • Domain name registration and renewals
  • Third-party plugin, template, or API licensing
  • Custom software once deployed or delivered

7. Client Obligations Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for clearing any outstanding dues related to the project or service. All rights to partially completed work remain with Maskin Web Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Disputes and Resolution

If a dispute arises over the cancellation, we encourage clients to reach out to our support team for resolution. Disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our operational processes or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of any significant updates via email or on our website.
