1. Introduction

Maskin Web Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., registered and operating in Kolkata, India, provides web development, digital marketing, graphic design, and IT consultancy services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Scope of Services

We provide custom software development, website design, hosting, SEO, branding, and financial tech services. A full breakdown of deliverables will be provided via project proposals or SOW (Statement of Work).

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or as agreed upon in the invoice.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may attract interest or result in service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate project details, timely feedback, and access to necessary assets and credentials. Delays caused by the client may extend project deadlines.

6. Revisions and Support

We offer a standard number of revisions as per the project contract. Additional changes beyond this scope may incur extra charges. Post-launch support duration and scope are specified in individual agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the final product are transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to display work in our portfolio.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details confidential. We do not share your business data, assets, or information with third parties.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments for work completed up to the termination date must be settled.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided once a project has started and resources have been allocated. In case of disputes, we may consider partial refunds based on work completed and mutual agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

12. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party APIs, tools, or platforms as part of project execution. Licensing, restrictions, or costs related to these services are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website updates. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
